Q. How do I know what kind of sake I should choose?

Q. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payment via PayNow, and bank transfer. Payment via credit card will be made available very shortly. Please contact us at [email protected], or call/text (+65) 9638 5519 to place an order.

Delivery

Q. What delivery services are available?

A. For the first 3 months of its operation, as an opening promotion, Haru will be absorbing all delivery costs. Due to the situation concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, we seek your kind understanding that orders may be delayed, as the number of flights from Japan has decreased tremendously.

Q. I prefer to collect my order, will that be possible?

A. If you prefer to collect your order, self-collection is available by appointment at our warehouse at 31 Tuas View Loop, Singapore 637573. Please set up an appointment either by sending us an email at [email protected], or calling/texting us at (+65) 9638 5519.

Storage and Consumption

Q. How should I store my sake?

A. It is generally advised to refrigerate sake, or to keep it under 20 degrees Celcius. For non-pasteurized sake, or nama-sake, it is necessary to refrigerate the sake, at a range of 0-5 degrees Celsius.

Q. Upon opening my bottle of sake, how long can I keep it for?

A. It is recommended for you to consume the bottle of sake as soon as possible after opening it. Please continue to refrigerate your sake after you have started to consume it. As the sake will be oxidized upon exposure to air after opening the bottle, flavors may vary, with flavors changing more drastically the longer the bottle has been opened for.
