Saykoh Omachi is a rare sake brewed using the yeast harvested from the flowers of the climbing rose. This yeast is used by only 30 breweries out of over 1400 breweries in Japan. This yeast accounts for its very refreshing and refined taste.
Saykoh Omachi brings together the best of the soft flavors of the Omachi grain and the refreshing effect the climbing rose yeast bestows.
Only available through Haru in Southeast Asia.
