Sakura-sakura is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed with a 35% polish rate using only JAS organic certified Yamada Nishiki rice. It is carefully brewed in a traditional sakabune (Japanese brewing trough).

Its label is made from traditional washi (Japanese paper) produced in the town of Ichikawa Daimon, famous for its washi since medieval times.

Sakura-sakura was the Grand Prix Winner for the Sake Division in the 2016 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition.
